Exhibition Design for the Municipality of Copenhagen

May 1, 2012

Designed in collaboration with clean tech and design consultancy Kirt-Thomsen to celebrate environmentally friendly initiatives, this public outdoor exhibition in Copenhagen attracted close to 15.000 visitors in a weekend.

A clear graphic expression and information visualisation helped raising awareness on the goals of Denmark’s new climate policy –making Copenhagen one the first carbon-neutral cities in 2025.

An engaging participatory voting system allowed citizens of the danish capital to voice their preferences on alternative energy solutions, backing up future investments in hybrid vehicles, wind turbines or solar cells.

Index Design Challenge

February 16, 2011

From last night’s event at Toldboden. Interesting projects displayed in an original manner: all the concepts the selected design students from around the world came up with during the 2-day workshop were live sketched by a graphic facilitator.

Nice visual identity for the Superpro workshop from talented graphic designer Signe Bisgaard Nielsen. Hosted by Danish Architecture Centre at Karriere Bar, 4 very different studios – Stagis, Manto, Streetheart (see post from March,1.) and Lars AP (Redhair) and his Fucking Flink initiative – spreaded ideas and inspiration to independant creative professionals. Be on the look-out for DAC’s next events.

Around the world
